How it works
1) Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a 2D barcode, which serves as your e-voucher 2) Your e-voucher is valid for 1 year after the date indicated on it, but it is non-cancellable, non-transferrable, and non-refundable 3) On your preferred date, present your e-voucher (printed or displayed on your smartphone) at the Sky Hop Bus Tokyo ticket center (please see the Location section for more details) to redeem your Sky Hop Bus pass 4) Depending on the option you chose, your Sky Hop Bus pass is valid for the day of redemption until the last bus, or from the time of first use to the same time next-day
