Batam Fast Ferry Pte Ltd was established in the year 1985 with two high-speed passenger ferries ferrying passengers from Singapore to Pulau Batam and vice versa. Today, we have 26 ferries in total operating daily with 80 departure schedules between 6 ferry terminals, on 4 routes. The 6 ferry terminals are HarbourFront Centre Regional Ferry Terminal and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore, as well as Ferry Terminal Batam Centre, Ferry Terminal Sekupang, Ferry Terminal HarbourBay, and Ferry Terminal NongsaPura in Pulau Batam. Ferry rides from Singapore to Batam (and vice versa) take around 45 to 70 minutes, with daily departures to Batam Centre, Sekupang, HarbourBay, and NongsaPura in Pulau Batam. This regular ferry service provides passengers ease of travel between Batam and Singapore. Below are the estimated times of traveling between the different ports: • HarbourFront Centre Regional Ferry Terminal to/from Batam Centre (55 to 70 minutes) • HarbourFront Centre Regional Ferry Terminal to/from HarbourBay (40 to 50 minutes) • HarbourFront Centre Regional Ferry Terminal to/from Sekupang (40 to 50 minutes) • Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal to/from NongsaPura (40 to 50 minutes) All ferries are certified for the ISM (International Safety Management) Code in 1998 as directed by the IMO (International Maritime Organisation). Ferry seat capacity range from 140 to 338 passengers and each ferry is capable of running at a speed ranging from 20 to 28 knots. All ferries are equipped with the latest in navigational control, air-conditioning, a VIP room, in-house video, and a bar counter for luxurious sea voyages. How it works

• Option 1 - Open Dated Ferry Tickets without Booking: Departing Tanah Merah: Passengers must be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S498833) at least 2 hours before the time of ferry departure to book their onward and return ferry timing. All seats are based on availability on a first-come-first-served basis for Open Dated Ferry Tickets. Ensure that you can present your pre-departure requirements to the BatamFast counter staff. • Option 2 - Advance Booking: Passengers can send an email with the confirmation code from SGATTRACTIONS with passport details, pre-departure requirements, and intended travel date to the following email address for booking: reservations@batamfast.com, cc: tmft@batamfast.com. Additional Information: 1) Seat reservations will only be confirmed upon receiving the booking confirmation code from the BatamFast reservations team. Both departure and return dates and timings must be confirmed upon redemption at the BatamFast counter. The first point of departure is only from Singapore (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal) 2) No cancellation or rescheduling is allowed after the booking confirmation code from BatamFast Ferry Reservation is sent and/or boarding passes are collected 3) Passengers must collect their boarding pass and present their pre-departure requirements to the BatamFast counter at 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S4988331 (if departing from Tanah Merah) at least 1.5 hours before departure time. Incomplete requirements will not be issued boarding passes. If not, seats will be automatically released if the boarding pass is not collected 4) Once confirmed, bookings/seats/etickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-amendable
