Please purchase child-, senior-, or PWD-priced tickets on-site • Tickets are non-refundable; once we have sent your ticket, you may not change the details of your booking or cancel. However, your e-ticket is valid for 1 year from the date indicated in your confirmation email • Tickets are for one-time use only; once you have entered Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, your admission ticket cannot be reused • Your 2D barcode is valid for 7 days after first use; once you have scanned it, please redeem all other items (Alishan Electric Bus tickets and Fenqihu Railway lunchbox) within the validity period Alishan National Forest Recreation Area • While Alishan National Forest Recreation Area is normally open 24 hours, all year round, it is subject to closure without prior notice depending on the weather, park conditions, orders by the local government, and other factors • Guided tours are available from 08:00–17:00 (October to March) or 08:00–18:00 (April to September) Alishan Electric Bus • Buses are operated by Jiacheng Transportation Corporation • Buses do not have a fixed timetable; departure times vary depending on the situation on-site. It may take longer to board if lines are long • The Alishan Electric Bus has two lines: the Zhaoping Line (Blue Line) and the Xianglin Line (Red Line). For both lines, you may board at Terminal or Visitor Center Station • For the Zhaoping Line (Blue Line), the distance from Terminal (or Visitor Center) Station to Zhaoping Station is about 2.2 kilometers. A one-way ride takes about 10 minutes, including the time for passengers to board and alight • For the Xianglin Line (Red Line), the distance from Terminal (or Visitor Center) Station to Xianglin Station is about 1.8 kilometers. The bus has two lines: the Zhaoping Line (Blue Line) and the Xianglin Line (Red Line), both of which stop at the park's major attractions and have boarding areas at Terminal and Visitor Center Station. The Blue Line stops at Zhaoping Station, from where you can walk to the Sister Ponds — in spring, you can even enjoy the lovely sight of cherry-blossom trees along the way. Meanwhile, the Red Line stops at Xianglin Station, next to Shouzhen Temple. From this stop, you can walk to attractions such as the Giant Tree Plank Trails. • Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with a 2D barcode, which will serve as your e-ticket • Your e-ticket is valid for 1 year from the date indicated in your confirmation email Alishan National Forest Recreation Area • At the ticketing counter by the entrance, present your 2D barcode (printed or displayed on your smartphone) for entry Alishan Electric Bus Round-Trip Tickets • After entering Alishan National Forest, present your 2D barcode at the Terminal or Visitor Center Station • Staff will scan your 2D barcode and give you paper tickets in exchange • Please do not lose your tickets; no refunds or reissues will be made for lost or damaged tickets. In the event of loss or damage, you will have to repurchase tickets • To board the bus, simply wait at the designated area and show your ticket upon boarding Fenqihu Railway Lunchbox • Present your 2D barcode at the restaurant Grandma Yahu’s Railway Lunchbox to redeem your boxed lunch • Generally, the restaurant is open from 09:00–17:00 daily, but it may have irregular closings due to the weather and other conditions.
