Your day trip begins with pick-up from your campsite or accommodation in the vicinity of Uluru. Upon arrival, watch the magical sunrise from the base of Uluru as you enjoy a light breakfast accompanied by tea and coffee. Once you've had your fill of breakfast, you'll get a comprehensive safety briefing and embark on a practice Segway ride to ensure that you feel confident and safe enough for the real deal. Then, when your Segway training is done, set off on a journey around the entire 12km base of Uluru with your friendly guide. Admire this impressive rock from various perspectives, and cover more ground in less time as you cruise on a Segway. After a loop around Uluru, your guide will take you on a walk to the Mutitjulu Waterhole to learn about Aboriginal culture and local flora and fauna. Learn bits of fascinating history, and discover the Northern Territory's incredible nature and geology. Finally, it's back to your hotel or camping site — a morning well-spent.
