**Ticket Conditions** - E-voucher is valid up to 6 months after purchase - Exchange at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center Shinjuku West (11:00–19:00 daily) - Present your e-voucher with 2D barcode sent by email, along with your non-Japanese passport (or other photo ID with information other than Japanese nationality) showing a name matching the e-voucher - Your physical Hakone Freepass is valid for 2 or 3 consecutive days, depending on the type of pass you purchased - Once the Hakone Freepass has been redeemed, no changes or cancellations can be made - Children under the age of 6 are admitted for free and do not need a ticket, but must not occupy a seat; children aged 6 and older must purchase a child's ticket - Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult - This pass is not transferable and a signature is required when redeeming it; please bring your passport for verification on-site **Usage Conditions** - Only one round trip can be made between Shinjuku Station and Odawara Station on the Odakyu Line - If you wish to ride the Romancecar, you must purchase a limited express ticket on-site at your own expense - If you board or alight at locations outside of the designated service range, you will be charged additional fees; please keep this in mind when planning your trip - Note that discounted attractions are subject to change without notice - Office hours and train schedules are also subject to change without prior notice in case of adverse weather, pandemics, volcanic activity in Hakone, etc.; please check official websites before your visit
