For those who previously purchased tickets through us the expiry date of the following will be extended to March 31, 2022: - Fixed-date tickets dated February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021 - Open-date tickets expiring February 29, 2020 to April 30, 2021 General Rules and Guidelines • Please make sure that you are booking the correct theme park of your choice. For non-changeable tickets, if you wish to change to Tokyo DisneySea, you will be charged an additional fee (please book the "Ticket Changes" add-on). Regardless of ticket type, if you wish to make any changes, please ask us as soon as possible • Even for ticketholders, Tokyo Disney Resort may restrict entry when its parks reach full capacity. We recommend arriving early to avoid this • Our admission tickets are not valid for special-entry occasions such as after-hours entry on New Year's Eve or private events - Please bring a printed copy of your ticket, with the scannable barcode clearly readable. Please book as early as possible, and allow us enough time to get back to you. If you book 1–2 days before your preferred date, especially during peak season, we may not be able to secure a ticket 3) Once your booking has been confirmed, and we have secured a Tokyo Disneyland ticket for you, we will send you an e-mail containing your ticket and the validity period (up to almost 1 year after your preferred date) 4) Please be sure to bring a printed copy of your ticket. Tokyo Disney Resort requires printed tickets, and it does not have an on-site printing service 5) In the off-chance that we cannot secure a ticket for you, we will contact you and process a refund
