Description

In this special tour, you'll get the chance to enjoy Japan's seasonal flowers by visiting two flower parks: Hitachi National Seaside Park and Ashikaga Flower Park. Located in Ibaraki Prefecture and facing the Pacific Ocean side of the Japanese coast, Hitachi National Seaside Park spans 350 hectares of dunes, forests, grasslands, and flowers. You'll be stunned by the sea of Baby Blue Eyes, the golden nanohana fields, the vibrant tulips, the dazzling roses, and the beautiful cosmos that bloom throughout the four seasons. You can also explore the park's other attractions including an amusement park, a cycling track, and a forest athletics field. For lunch, you'll head over to Stamina Taro and enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet! Relish unlimited portions of 130 different choices of Japanese favorites including sushi, yakiniku, ramen, curry, and takoyaki — eat to your heart's content. After a delicious lunch, you'll be visiting Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi Prefecture. Ashikaga Flower Park is home to wisteria that bloom in various colors including pink, purple, white and yellow. In kabuki, wisteria is seen as a symbol of love. The park also has a 150-year-old purple wisteria tree, designated as a National Monument. Marvel at the cherry blossom-colored wisteria, an 80-meter long white wisteria tunnel and the only Kibana wisteria tunnel in Japan. The park also boasts more than 5,000 azalea bushes.
