Meet your instructor at 11 am in the reception area of ABC Cooking Studio Marunouchi, Nihonbashi (located within walking distance of Tokyo Station) or Shiodome. Studio provides apron, hand towel, chef's hat, and beverage. Following the direction of an experienced cooking instructor, you’ll learn how to fry crispy tempura (including shrimp, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.), also prepare tempura dipping sauces using dashi (Japanese soup stock) and other many cooking tips. Finish your cooking experience at 1 pm by having your creation as lunch. Get English recipe and certificate to take back home.
