Key Information

Description

Dive into authentic Korean cooking in this exciting class with a trained chef! Over the course of a few hours, you'll learn to cook one of two traditional meals, then eat it on a traditional 'bapsang' dining table. You'll also taste some homemade sauces and enjoy tea and dessert after lunch. At the end of the lesson, your instructor will provide you with recipes for the dishes you learned and a certificate to prove your skills! Choose between two options 1. Bibimbap and Seaweed Soup Bibimbap is one of the most popular Korean dishes worldwide. This rice bowl uses a range of ingredients to produce a nutritionally balanced and satisfying meal. Seaweed soup is the perfect accompaniment to bibimbap. It's also called 'birthday soup,' but you'll have to join the class to find out why! 2. Korean vegan temple cuisine Originating in Buddhist monasteries, vegan temple cuisine has had an enormous influence on Korean food in general. Its ingredients change with the season, but the end result is always nutritious and delicious.
