• These tickets are for non-Korean passport holders only - Children aged 2 and younger can enter for free. A surcharge may apply for using or renting children's facilities in the park - Children under 100 cm tall must be accompanied by a guardian - Please do not wear short skirts and/or high heels - Please do not bring portable gas ranges, picnic mats, pets (except guide dogs), bicycles, inline skates, kickboards or other wheeled vehicles into the park - Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, where ashtrays are provided - You can enjoy your own picnic lunch only within the designated picnic areas - For the wellbeing of the animals, feeding of the animals, flashlights, and flash-photography are strictly prohibited - For safety, carrying a child on one’s shoulders is prohibited. **When using the attractions** - Ensure safety devices are in place and maintain the indicated correct riding position - Loose items including glasses, wallets and hats should be secured before boarding a ride - Refrain from dangerous behaviors, such as taking a photo or consuming food while riding - Please abide by any safety rules and regulations relevant to your own health condition **Access passes** On-site queuing is not allowed at the listed Everland attractions below. In order to access those attractions, you are required to pick up a physical access pass at your preferred attraction and use the access pass for attraction admission within the specified period. Certain attractions will require you to fill out an entry record form, admission will be granted once the entry record form is submitted. - Lost Valley - Safari World - T Express - Amazon Express (temporarily closed till February 28, 2021) - Thunder Falls (temporarily closed till February 28, 2021) - Snow Buster **Shuttle bus** - You are not allowed to change the time and date of your shuttle bus booking once it’s confirmed. Vehicles will be dispatched according to reservations on that day - Please arrive punctually at the designated point for pick-up - You are required to wait in line to board the shuttle bus. Please ensure everyone in your party is waiting in line together. Requests for specific seats will not be granted - One-way transfers are not available for booking - Foldable wheelchairs and strollers are allowed on board. Please inform us when booking if your luggage exceeds 24 inches. Please note that only wheelchairs and strollers are allowed in Everland. Additional fees will be charged if you wish to deposit items at the counter - Departure and return rides must be on the same day

How it works
1. When booking, choose 08:50 for pick-up at Hongdae Station, 09:20 for pick-up at Myeongdong Station, or 09:30 for pick-up at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station 2. After booking, you’ll receive an e-voucher with your Rakuten Travel Experiences confirmation email 3. Present your e-voucher, printed or displayed on your smartphone, to board the shuttle bus at your selected departure point. Your e-voucher can only be used on the date and time selected when booking 4. Present your e-voucher at the Group Ticket Office (located to the right of the front gates) to redeem your physical tickets to Everland before admission 5. At the end of your visit to Everland, head to the Everland Group Buses Parking Lot to board the shuttle bus back to Seoul
