【How to use the ticket】 1 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail from us within 1 to 3 business days in general, starting with "Your Ticket Booking ID: xxxx｜Lotte World Tickets – Seoul Korea Discount E-Ticket" and including the E-ticket link. - E-tickets are not issued instantly and may take more than 1 to 3 business days to be issued. (Please be assured that we will send you the e-ticket at least one day before the day you wish to experience the program.) - Please make sure that the ticket link in the email opens and finds the QR code on each E-ticket. If you have not received the ticket or the ticket link does not open, please contact us well in advance. If you contact us after 3:00 p.m. 1 day prior to the experience date, we may not be able to resend or refund your ticket. - Tickets cannot be found on My Page. Please be sure to check your ticket from your e-mail. 2 Please exchange the e-ticket sent in step 1 for the actual admission ticket at the Lotte World "Wild Tour Gate". - Printing the e-ticket is not required but is recommended for smooth entry. - Required to present your passport is required for ticket redemption at the gate (Applies only except for Korean nationality). - E-tickets must be exchanged and redeemed for admission pass by 18:00. 3 Unlimited rides throughout the day on Lotte World Adventure and Magic Island attractions, plus admission to the Folk Museum. - Admission to the Folk Museum is required by 18:30. - Some rides require an additional fee. 【Regarding Ticket】 - All passes only can be used on the selected date - Redeemed tickets are valid on the date of redemption - Discount tickets are the same price for both adults and children - No changes or refunds will be accepted after payment has been made. - No refunds will be accepted if you decide not to use your ticket on the selected date. - No refunds will be accepted if you visit after the closing time of the ticket counter on the day of your visit and fail to use your ticket. - No refunds will be accepted in the event that unable to present your passport and are denied entry (Applies only except for Korean nationality). - Lotte World's official ticket cancellation policy is different from ours.
