Important Information

• Your EasyCard comes without a balance; it must be topped up before use • The card design is random, and cannot be chosen • The maximum card balance is 10,000 TWD • Unregistered cards cannot have the balance restored in the event of loss or theft • Any unused balance can be refunded by returning the card, subject to a small handling fee
