This is a fun and relaxed cooking class in Tokyo! Choose between a morning class (you will make Kaiseki with Wagyu beef) or an afternoon class (Sushi): Morning Class: 9:30 am-12:30 pm Kaiseki, it is a Japanese traditional multi course served at Japanese fancy restaurants or Japanese style inns. Besides you will cook and taste Wagyu beef which is popular for its smooth texture and rich flavor. This class covers 7-8 dishes from appetizer to desert, not only the method but also the presentation. Afternoon Class: 1:30 pm-4:30 pm Sushi, needless to say, it is the most famous Japanese food in and out of Japan! This class focuses on how to make Sushi at home, so you can try Sushi making for your family and friends after you return home. During the class, you will make some types of typical Sushi such as Nigiri, Inari, Gunkan and Sushi rolls, then enjoy them with fresh wasabi and miso soup.
