Step 2 Check your email for your e-ticket. Step 3 Present your e-ticket, printed or on your smartphone, at the lounge's front desk on your selected date and time, and enjoy! - You must present your passport and boarding pass to enter - Once you have made your reservation, you will not be able to change it. We are not able to furnish refunds if you do not use the lounge or cancel your reservation Before booking - Please confirm that your email address is entered correctly. We are unable to furnish refunds or cancellations if an e-ticket is delivered to the wrong address. After booking - After booking, you will receive an email from Rakuten Travel Experiences containing your e-ticket. Please ensure that you can access it when you arrive. On the day - Present your e-ticket, printed or on your phone, at the front desk of your selected lounge. - In some rare cases, details about entrance or ticketing may change without notice.
